Rose Law Office was created to do things differently. We aim to simplify the legal process. We know that going to court can be stressful, and even scary, so we're here to listen to you and look out for you, and do so for a reasonable fee.
We believe in a collaborative process where we make decisions as a team, after considering the pros and cons. You have questions, we have answers.

Denis B. Rose, Esq., CFA
Education
Denis graduated from the City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law, one semester earlier than his classmates. While in law school, Denis completed the Family Law Clinic, interned for a private law firm, Bronx Supreme Court Justice Donna M. Mills and the Legal Aid Society. Prior to law school, he worked in finance for companies such as UBS and PwC.
Divorce & Family Law Experience
Denis got to see how New York Family Court works while in law school when he interned for the Legal Aid Society, Juvenile Rights Practice, in Jamaica, Queens. Denis was a member of the Family Law Clinic at CUNY School of Law. Denis continued to work in the area of Divorce and Family Law after graduating law school by joining the Court Square Law Project, a non-profit law firm which aims to serve moderate income New Yorkers by charging fees that depend on the client's income.
At Court Square Law Project Denis was exposed to many issues arising in divorce such as child support and custody, spousal maintenance, property division, non-payment of support and other issues. Denis practices mainly in the 5 boroughs of New York City but has gone as far Nassau, Westchester, and Suffolk counties for the right case.
Denis left Court Square Law Project to start Rose Law Office to continue providing excellent and affordable legal services for the average New Yorker.
Business
Denis became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 2023 after pursuing the program for eight years.
After failing the third exam three times, with faith, discipline and dedication, he passed on the fourth try. Denis is honored to be a CFA Charter holder and is a member of the New York CFA Society.
The CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Program is operated, owned and organized by the CFA Institute and is awarded to those who complete certain educational and professional requirements and pass three exams. This program is considered by many as Wall St.'s toughest exams.*
